At Coco de Mer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not quite right, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive your unique return authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original luxury packaging and secure them in a protective shipping box to ensure they arrive back to us in perfect condition.

  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
